Hough Park improvements

Home of the Mannington District Fair, Hough Park features a large playground, pavilions, a gymnasium, recreation facilities, and a public pool. The concrete pool was poured in the early 20th century with walls ranging from 16 inches to 9 feet in height.

Concrete blocks serve as the main structure and decorative stone was applied to the outer face.

Additional material was added to fill in any uneven spaces.

Walkways around the area were resurfaced and improved.
